New Features
| Scout Dues/Fees reports now have an option to list for non-zero balances, only. |
| You can now mark a troop as the default troop which is selected
automatically. |
| You can now move a troop to a new year, keeping scouts in same program level.
Similar to the bridging process without the program level change. |
| Attendance grids now have total scout and adult counts for each
meeting and event/trip. |
| Meeting and Event attendance forms show total marked as attended. |
