Version 1.3 is a minor maintenance update to TroopManager Plus. See the update notes
for version 1.2 for a list of major changes in that release.
New Reports
 | Troop Emergency Info...by popular request, a report that lists
everything related to emergency info: insurance, doctor, contacts, phones, allergies.

| Scout/Adult E-Mail List...another frequent request. We also added
the e-mail addresses to all of the existing phone book lists.

| Fixed clipping problems...we improved numerous reports so they don't
clip long entries in phone numbers, badge descriptions and so on. We probably missed
a few so don't hesitate to send an e-mail listing clipping problems should you note any.

Changes to Data Entry Screens
| Main Switchboard...now has easy access to the Quick Data Entry grids.

| Permission Slip Text...is now easily accessed when printing permission
slips. If you notice that the text is spilling over to a second page you can quickly
tweak the text so it uses fewer lines.

| E-Mail address...is now on the Quick Data Entry grids for
scouts and adults.
|
Bug Fixes
| Year 2000...at long last (thanks for being so patient with us)
abbreviated date entries are FIXED. If you enter, for example, 1/2/3 for a date you
ought to see the year 2003 and not 1903. There are many places where
TroopManager Plus uses dates. If you come across one that does not work properly,
let us know and we'll get it fixed.

| Scout/Adult Additional Info...this plagued us for a long time but we
finally duplicated the bug and were able to fix it. You should be able to display the
additional adult and scout information screen at any time with no error messages.

| Assign Adults to Scouts...this is another long-standing bug that was
finally nailed.

| Switching to BadgeManager Plus...a sizable minority of users reported
problems switching between TroopManager Plus and BadgeManager Plus while both are running.
We believe we've got this licked. Note: You must be running BadgeManager
Plus 1.1d or later to avoid this bug.

| Other internal changes...TroopManager Plus had bugs in some
behind-the-scenes activities related to integration with BadgeManager Plus, data integrity
and other areas. These are impossible to describe in non-technical terms so suffice it to
say, the products ought to run better and more reliably. |
