TroopManager Plus supports up to five troops per installation. There are
several ways to select the troop with which you want to work.
The window illustrated
below is used to create new troops or delete troops you no longer need. You can
also This window is displayed when
TroopManager Plus first starts, and you can also display it via the File-Open
Troop menu choice or by clicking the Troop Info List button on
the main menu screen.

Click on a screen element to learn more about it.
Once you have established your list of troops you can also select a troop
from the top part of the main menu screen, illustrated below. NOTE:
If you have only a single troop defined you will not see a drop-down list.
You will see only the troop number unless and until you create more than a
single troop.

This is a list of troops already defined in your TROOP.MDB database file. TroopManager
Plus supports up to five troops.
Open (command)
Click to open the selected troop. You can also double-click the troop name in the list.

Copy to New (command)
Click to create a new troop based on a copy of an existing troop. Be sure to use the Troop
Information screen right away to assign the troop a number and other important
identity information. The copy process does not include scout and
adult info.

Add New (command)
Click to create a new, empty troop. Be sure to use the Troop
Information screen right away to assign the troop a number and other important
identity information.

Click to delete the selected troop. You will be asked to confirm that you really want
to do this!

Exit (command)
Click to exit out of TroopManager Plus completely.

Single Troop (checkbox)
Note that if you manage only a single troop, you can check the box to prevent this
window from being displayed whenever you start TroopManager Plus.
