Downloading
The majority of our customers report no problems downloading the product files. Unfortunately, sometimes we hear about slow downloads, incomplete downloads, corrupted downloads and so on. Click here for details on likely problems and what you can do about it.
Installing
Occasionally we hear about problems with our product installation routines. While these routines are known to work in most cases, we do get reports that some people experience conflicts with other software applications.
