Technical support is free for all Forevergreen Software Company products.  Just send an e-mail describing your question or problem to FSC@TDS.NET. Per the agreement for the service unit discounts, your unit is responsible for the first stage of technical support for TroopManager and BadgeManager. Anything you cannot handle should be forwarded to us.  The majority of problems with these products are minor and easily handled by an experienced user.

At this time there are only a couple of known bugs but since this is a totally new product we expect you will run into a few more. Please report them to FSC@TDS.NET and we will get right on them.  If you are using an earlier version (which of course includes all beta versions) you should download the update, which you will find on the lower part of the download page.

Missing Features

The following will eventually be part of SUManager Plus but are not yet available. We will be adding all of these eventually and all customers get free updates.

Installer Error Message

After installing SUManager Plus you might see an error message that mentions a Just-In-Time Debugger. Very few people will see it and you can ignore this message.
