SUManager offers more than 50* reports, lists and labels. You'll find more reports than are documented in this listing because we are adding new ones all the time based on customer requests. See additional documentation for working with mailing and file labels and name tags.
* Some products count variations on filtering and include/exclude of information as separate reports. If we counted each distinct variation on reports we could claim 200+ reports!
Reports are accessed through a central report selection window, shown below. Use the Focus and Type buttons to filter the listing to help find the right report. Each report has a different collection of options. All reports can be previewed on-screen before (or instead of) printing.
The Record Count button is used to get a sense of how large the report will be based on the current report configuration. Use this feature when working with potentially large sets of data, so you don't waste time and paper.
The Row Shading feature uses an alternating band of light gray background to help make reports easier to read. You might find this feature distracting in some reports so you can turn it off when desired.
Preview and Report Menu
When you are previewing a report on-screen you can use the Report menu to access several other potentially useful features. Be sure to experiment with these options. The Word and Excel options are only functional when SUManager can detect these products are available on your computer.
