To-Do Lists make it easy to assign tasks to people and track their progress. You can display the master to-do list from the To Do button on the main switchboard, or from the To Do buttons on the person, troop and organization details forms. When you display the To-Do List from the switchboard, ALL task items are displayed. When you access the form from the person, troop or organization details forms the tasks are initially limited to those associated with the record you were viewing at the moment. You can change the filter as needed to be more or less restrictive. The command buttons along the right side offer quick access to common list management actions:
Most of the tasks will be assigned to a person already known to SUManager Plus. See the Manual field for assigning tasks to a group of people or a person that isn't in your database. Extensive filtering options make it easy to zero in on specific tasks. You can use any combination of filter conditions by clicking the Filter >> button, then clicking on the desired conditions. Click Reset to reset all filters to the All condition. The Task Details button displays a form that you might find easier to use, especially for entering longer task descriptions or notes.
