SUManager Plus

SUManager makes it easy to keep track and report on your service unit's training and certifications.  SUManager comes with a large number of training and certifications already defined and you can add more as needed.  There are reports that list this information and can filter on items that are expired or are about to expire.

Additionally, the master Training and Certification list (see below) instantly lists the people who have completed training or certification along with their troops and/or organizations.  This makes it very fast and efficient to see who can help when you need a resource.  There's a report that lists people, with the option of focusing on expired certifications.

Extensive filtering options allow you to focus in on the training and certification that matters.

 

Master Training List

You can reach this form from the main switchboard's Training & Certs button or from the form illustrated above for associating people with training/certs.  Below, the Age Level - Brownie training is selected and SUManager automatically lists all of the people with this training.  Annie is selected, and SUManager instantly lists the troops and organizations she is associated with.  The Go to buttons will take you to the selected detail record.

An optional expiration can be associated with any item.
