SUManager Plus

SUManager makes it easy to create, maintain and report on your service unit's skills inventory.  SUManager comes with a large number of skills already defined and you can add more as needed.  There is a report you can print, duplicate and hand-out to encourage people to share their skills and interests.  Another report lists the people associated with a skill.

Additionally, the master Skills list (see below) instantly lists the people with a skill along with their troops and/or organizations.  This makes it very fast and efficient to see who can help when you need a resource.

You can reach this form from the main switchboard's Skills button or from the form illustrated above for associating people with skills.  Below, the Plays - Piano skill is selected and SUManager automatically lists all of the people with this skill.  Andrea is selected, and SUManager instantly lists the troops and organizations she is associated with.  The Go to buttons will take you to the selected detail record.
