Payment Policy

Here's how our free 45-day trial period works:
1. You can download and install any or all of our products, for free. These are FULLY FUNCTIONAL products, without missing features or limitations.
2. The first time you run a product, the trial period starts.
3. Whenever you run the product, a message appears. The message reminds you of the number of days you have left in the trial period.
4. After 45 days the product will stop running and will only display the reminder message.
5. If you decide not to keep using the products, you can uninstall or otherwise delete them. We'd appreciate hearing from you about why! We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our products.
6. If you decide you want to keep using the products, you need to either send a check via US Mail or pay by credit card using the PayPal electronic payment system.
When we receive the check or PayPal payment we send an activation code to you. This unlocks the product, permanently. Be sure to send an accurate e-mail address with your payment. If using a check, the check must be in US Dollars and drawn on a US bank.

Frequently-Asked Questions about Payments
What kinds of checks are acceptable?
We'll gladly take your personal check, troop check, council check, or service unit check. Checks should be in US Dollars, and drawn on a US bank. Money Orders are fine, too.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, via the PayPal payment service. You can pay via credit card without creating a PayPal account. PayPal is the easiest, most secure way for us to accept credit cards.
What is PayPal.com?
PayPal is a nifty Internet-based payment service that is ideally suited for purchases like TroopManager Plus and BadgeManager Plus.
What happens if my trial period expires before I send a payment?
Your computer will EXPLODE! Just kidding. Nothing will happen to your data. When you enter the activation code, the product will continue working as before, with no loss of data and no extra work for you.
How long will it take to receive an activation code?
The day we receive your check or PayPal payment is the day we send out the activation code, so long as we have an accurate e-mail address. We don't wait for your check to clear or any such nonsense. There might be a short delay due to the weekend or a holiday, but for the most part we turn around activation codes very, very quickly.
