BadgeManager Plus does not contain a reporting system. This was done because a very
sophisticated reporting system is already present in TroopManager Plus. Instead,
BadgeManager Plus reports are found in TroopManager Plus, as illustrated below. The BadgeManager
Reports, Only checkbox provides a quick way to see these reports.

Click on a screen element to learn more about it.
Focus and Type (Buttons)
These toggle buttons are used to make the large list of TroopManager Plus reports
easier to manage. Click on a button to filter the list of reports. BadgeManager Plus
reports are scattered among the reports that are part of TroopManager Plus. [Return to Top]
BadgeManager Reports, Only (Checkbox)
When checked, the list of reports is restricted to just those that are provided by
BadgeManager Plus. [Return to Top]
Preview / Print (Buttons)
Save a Tree! Use the Preview to Screen button to
take a look at a report on screen. Sometimes, that's all you'll need. If it's the right
report and you really need it, then print with confidence. Note that you can use Preview
to page back and forth looking for the page or pages that are really all you need. Then
you can print just those pages.
The Award Ceremony report is intended as a handy guide
for your award ceremonies. It lists the scouts and badges that are to be awarded.
Important Note: If you want
to run this report, you must do so before marking badges as presented! The badges
show up on this report when the scout has Completed the badge, but the Presented
flag is not yet set.

BadgeManager Plus offers two reports that show the same information: which
scouts have completed which activities on a specified badge. The first, Badge
Progress by Activity, lists activities with complete scout names beneath.

Note: Scouts show up in this list when they have completed at least one
activity. Scouts with badges marked Completed do not show up.

The second badge progress report, Badge Progress by Scout,
is intended to provide a quick visual indication of which scouts have/are missing each
activity.

The Scout In-Progress report shows details for all
incomplete badges for a single scout. This one is a real parent-pleaser because it shows
at-a-glance where the scout stands with respect to the requirements.

The Shopping List report is a handy list of the badges
you need to purchase. The list is based on scouts that have badges marked Completed
but not yet marked Presented.

The Scout Summary report is destined to be another
favorite among your scouts and their parents. It lists the complete badge and activity
history for a specified program level. Only completed badges are listed. Badges do not
have to be presented to show up in this report.

The BadgeManager Plus's Badge/Patch Planner report is
very similar to the one found in TroopManager Plus. Both are intended to be an aid in
planning badge/patch activities. The difference is that in BadgeManager Plus the activities
for the badge are listed, while in TroopManager Plus the scouts are listed.
Now you can have it either way or both ways.

The Master Badge List prints a complete record of the
badges and activities found the master badge database. There are too many badges to
include in a single report, so you are prompted to select at least a program level and
optionally a single badge group. You may also control whether or not activities are
included.
