The Award Badges screen is used to record which scouts have been
awarded (a.k.a. presented) badges. You can also use the Scout Progress screen to mark presentation
information.

This list of scouts is based on: selected troop, selected program level, and whether or
not inactive scouts are being excluded. See Preferences

Badges (Checkbox List)
This list is based on the selected scout. A badge shows up here when it is marked as Completed
but is not marked as Presented. Check the box next to the badge
to indicate that it should be recorded as presented. [Return to Top]
Select All / Clear All (Buttons)
Use these buttons to quickly set or clear all checkboxes in the badge list. [Return to Top]
TIP: Before doing any recording, be sure to print a Shopping List.
This report summarizes the number of badges you will need to fulfill all badges. An
equivalent report is also available in TroopManager Plus, see Reports,

Be sure to set the date correctly. This date is associated with the presentation, so
you might want to set it to the date of your awards ceremony. [Return to Top]
Record...as Presented (Button)
When you click this button, all badges marked with a check will be recorded as being
presented to the selected scout on the date specified. Be sure to print your Shopping
List report BEFORE doing any recording! [Return to Top]
